YES!

Yesterday a bunch of us. 19 to be exact. Went to Pyramid to celebrate Sharyn's farewell. She's going to Singapore study. Wish her all the best overseas. We watched Yes Man. It was quite a good show. I didn't know what to expect before. I thought it would be this really funny laugh-your-pants off comedy. But i didn't get that. Instead, it was a quite heart full show. It was one of those 'open your heart out to life' mixed together with a love story. Jim Carrey looked a little older than the Ace Ventura i remembered laughing at when i was younger. The female lead was Zooey Deschannel who starred as the teacher in Bridge to Terabithia and also as Kit in Failure to Launch. She played her part really good. I recommend this show to many who feels as though life isn't good enough or it just ain't worth it. If you feel that way about life, then you really have to watch it.

Lifetime experience

Yesterday night/ today morning was really cool. I went for the shooting for the Milo ad. I didn't get to do much though, because i was only a supporting role. But to be honest, im glad i didn't get the main thing. David looked like he was really suffering. He didn't get any rest. Anyway, i liked all the technical stuff and the way the set up the shots. I find the crew very fun people and they seem to be in a vacation all their life. Eventually us(the supporting roles) got to go back at around 5. Called my sis to pick me up. She and Dennnis eventually arrived. On the way back was kinda horrible. It was raining very heavily and the highway was heavily flooded. On top of that, found out the car had a flat. So Dennis changed the tires in the rain.

That's about it. Sorry, not in a mood to talk much about it. But to me it was a really cool experience. Thank God for Adam's Nintendo DS to keep me awake and occupied. They (the crew) served us very well. They brought a catering van and had lots of food for us. Even had hot Milo and Maggie Mee for us. When i reached home about 6, i went straight to bed. Didn't shower or anything. I just fell on my bed.

So today ends another year of school. 2008 hasn't ended yet, but form 2 has. I have to say. I enjoyed this year way more compared to last year. Hard to imagine it has already been 2 years since i took my 1st steps into SMSJ as an actual student. Alot of things happened this year. Have to admit i'll miss most of them. As we head back to it again next year, things will be different, we shall experience new things over the holidays, personalities will change, people turning over new leaves. Things won't be the same anymore. But lets just hope things change for the better. There's only 3 years left of it. We're almost half way there. Can you feel it guys? The presence of leaving in school. But lets enjoy this moment while we're here. Life goes on, and so must we. So goodbye to form 2. Hello to a whole new year filled with just as much excitement and fun as this. Au reviour!

WOOOHHOOO

I'm a little high now. I just got back my connection. After 5 days of stressing, 5 days of trying other ways to fix it. All i needed to do was reset my modem. A little angry now that it was so easy to fix it. ARGH!!! So i got many topics to talk about so here goes.....

I was suppose to go for a competition in Singapore this coming weekend. But i can't go because Choong Yene pulled out. And since my transport, accommodation, and everything else was relying on him, i can't go either. Oh well, hope can go next year. On the plus side, now i get to watch the 1st 3 days of Olympics including the opening ceremony.

I have been counting down the days around a month plus ago. Can't wait to see it. Starting August 8th, my life will be thrust upon the magical world of sports at it's biggest stage. Every night i shall dream of me sitting in the Water Cube watching Sullivan vs Bernard battle it out to be the world's fastest swimmer. They have been wrestling the 100m and 50m freestyle world records over and over again at the beginning of 2008.

It will also be an Olympic debut for the Speedo LZR. I'm sure there will be many controversial complaints over it. So far, 44 world records have been broken since the LZR came out in Febuary this year. I'm also excited to see the Powell vs Gay vs Bolt in the 100m race at the Bird's Nest.

Another topic, i've just watched The Dark Knight. I thought i would be disappointed after hearing all the fabulous comments on it and making me expect very high things. That's the problem with watching movies after everyone else, you will get influenced by their ratings. Anyway, i wasn't disappointed. Not one bit. Heath Ledger's performance was simply amazing. It's a shame to see him pass. But he passed with a boom by the acting he did in the movie.

I found the technology incredible. (spoiler alert) Especially the sonar vision he made. When people commented how long it was, i thought it would have a draggy storyline. But boy was i wrong. I was actually begging for it not to end. I'm glad it lasted so long. I wouldn't mind sitting there the whole day. Although some things were quite sickening, like how Joker can just kill Innocent people for no reason. I was actually a little scared to sleep last night. Afraid i might wake up to see a sadistic clown and a half-face monster staring at me. I could imagine the coin flipping through the air and me hoping it would suit my luck.

Now back to real life, my exams have ended. Don't think i did too well but who cares. It's over and im really stoked. Things between me and some people have been going bad lately but i'm sure we'll pull it through. I'm now waiting for a few more movies of the year.

Rainy days

I found this poem my sister wrote. She is currently in New Zealand studying and apparently its been raining a lot. So my sis being her typical self wrote a poem to express her feelings. Here goes.......

Today at training, Allen showed some special training equipments. Such as paddles,fins,boards. We actually have all those things already but his is much better for improving. But also much more expensive. One of them was this special paddle which is larger than normal but also lighter. So you feel as if your hands extended but you don't feel the paddle there. It was so cool using it. Anyway it was highly recomemded for us to buy 1. It's $25. Yup they only sell in US. Adam's mom is going to buy it and we pay her. I'm not sure if i'm going to get one. Still thinking if the price is worth it. He also showed Adam and Kin Seng his drag pants. It's a special pair of pants that slows you down during training. It makes swimming harder therefore making you stronger.

Ok need to study again. Ciou!

Chat box

I decided to make a chat box. Hopefully some of you guys will spare some time to chat in it so that it would'nt look so pathetic. I want it to be active but I'm not sure since i don't have a very big reader base. Oh well, hopefully you guys will be kind enough. Ok i need to go study now. Tomorrow exam and i have very low confidence on how i am going to fare. We'll just have to see.......

Oh and yea, i know my last post was kinda emo. Just had some bad feelings lately. I think their all gone now.

I wonder

Sometimes i wonder......that when my friends talk about people they find annoying , do they talk about me when i'm not there. What do they think of me? Do they think i'm self-centred? Irritating? Getting too close? Boring? Do they get into their small little group and talk about me the way they talk about others when i'm with them? When they describe me to someone, how do they describe me? If someone were to talk bad about me, would they defend me, or agree? Or am i just a mere average person in our group of friends. The guy that will slip past every body's mind. The guy that makes people go....''Oh! Yea Keith. I forgot about him.'' What do they think of me? I wonder.........

On my swimming side. Things haven't been good. As some of you may know, i was sick the whole of last week. Therefore, Allen has decided to put me on special training until i get my form back. My training will consist more of endurance and possibly tougher compared to the rest. Oh well, damn the flu!

What a day

There is a reason why people can hate teachers. And today i found a very good reason to hate them more. Today was teachers day. Ok i know teachers have the right to celebrate and be happy about ''your day''. But please be considerate about the students. Today had to wake up early cause it was in the morning, ok i understand that. Next, the performances were quite boring, its still ok cause its not as bad as the next point. It ended at 10 and we could only go home at 12.30. WHAT THE HELL ARE WE SUPPOSE TO DO FOR 2 AND A HALF HOURS!!! Ok that's still not as bad.

I understand its for our safety and stuff therefore a parent is needed to get us. So Serena got her grandfather to come and drop us off at mamak. But guess what, that's not enough. He had to come in the school, sign names, and all. And then they didn't let the rest of us out even when we said we were following her. So there was so much fuss between the prefects and us at the gate there. Some of us were very angry.

So in the end they got Mr.Lee to come out. And wow what happen next was awesome. Serena's grandfather scolded him for keeping us in school haha. Mr.Lee was speechless. Like he just saw a ghost or something. Anyway i bet there will be many other post about today at the other blogs. But I'm just glad it was over with. And how a boring day became a oddly fascinating day haha.

Done with exams!!! I studied,i went through overwhelming pressure but now done with that. This exams have been horrible. Don't think i did very well but, oh well ,at least were done for the holidays. 2 weeks without thinking about things like past kings and numbers which makes my head hurt. So now the next event in my life........The Champions League Final. Which is less then 7 hours away. Yup I'm staying up again to watch football. The biggest game at the final of the biggest tournament between the 2 biggest teams in Europe. Were in for a fun night!!! So that's it for me. Sorry i haven't been posting alot lately. You know with the books and stuff. Will be posting alot more now that exams are over.

Pressure

For those of you who knows me, you know I'm crap at penulisan and i hate pre-exam pressure. Well tomorrow's my exam and i am very nervous. Call me to run 10km or swim 12000m and it still won't be as bad as me sitting down starring at a piece of paper in a room where everybody seems to know what they are doing except me. Most of you will think ''oh well, after tomorrow it will be ok right?''. WRONG!!! After tomorrow there is still kemahiran hidup and bm paper 1. Please let me get a grade that's not so embarrassing for once. Well i just have to face it like a man. Piece of paper, BRING IT ON!!!

Birthday Blast!!

Today was yours truly's bday. Haha i find this post being quite ''perasan'' but i had a great day and can't wait to start typing. Anyway yesterday/today at 12am and my 1st sms came from Choong Yene then Nadia. Then Addy called me and asked isit 12am yet? Haha then Kar Sing wished me. Thanks to all of you. After that my family came to my room to give me my presents. Guess what.......i loved all of them. My sis got me a running vest, running shorts and a long sleeve shirt. My parents got me a new pair of BUM Equipment jeans. So fast forward to today at school.........a very special someone gave me a very special gift. Not to mention it was exactly what i wanted. Thanks!!!! Rest of school was usual until when the bell rang for the end of school. Addy,Ivan,Aidan and Kar sing ''tempek'' me. I was drenched so decided not to go training.

P.S Addy already started to tempek me yesterday after tuition. You bones you.

New Month

Bye bye April.....hello May. May has always been a spacial month for me. I guess its because my birthday is in it. For those of you who doesn't know, my birthday is on 7 May. Coming soon, i can't wait for it. Other than that, May is also the month we start the 2 weeks of school holidays. YAY! But before that we have to go through suffering, pain and sacrifice. Because our exams are coming, all of us have to study hard. I guess that's a life of a student. Oh well, no point fussing over it. It sucks that my birthday is so close to my exams but hey i have an excuse to skip studying on at least 1 day.

Recently my sports life hasn't been so good. I fell sick about a week ago and now my form has dropped. So now trying to train real hard so that i get back to my original form. At least there is no competition coming up. I do not dare to think how long my form will go on. Hopefully not long.

Yawn!!

Today was a dull day. Very boring from when i got up from till now. Nothing happen at school today. I am only looking forward to tomorrow's game, Chelsea against Man United. Since I'm so bored i am going to explain my toughts on the game. I am going for a 0-1 win to us simply because we are a better team. I know there are many factors that goes against that prediction:-

• Cech is a very good goalkeeper while Terry is a fantastic defender.


• We are playing at Stamford Bridge where they haven't lost for 4 years.


• Man United hasn't been playing well in the league.


• We pretty much exhausted most of our players at the Barcelona game.

Yes they do seem to have an advantage but i can counter everyone of them.

• Yes Cech is a good keeper and Terry is a good defender but they didn't stop The Holy Trinity at Old Trafford what makes you think they can stop us now.


• Yes they have been undefeated at the Bridge for 4 years but we drew with them last season because it was the reserve team since we already won the league and we drew with their 1st team.


• Yes we haven't been playing well with draws against Blackburn and Middlesbrough. But look at the performance against Roma,Arsenal and Barcelona. We played well and those are big team and so is Chelsea.(getting my point?) Man United also showed good mental strength in the 2 draws with never giving up.


• Man United have more than enough players so no worries.

There so i hope we can win tomorrow. My predictions may be wrong but i sure hope it is right. And also since i was so bored i did this:

Ranting about orange day

Today i'm in a horrible mood. My school had this pogram called orange day where all of us had to where orange shirts. Hated it. I was also sick and they put all of us into the stuffy hall where we had to read for 45 minutes while they played some sesated songs. This morning i woke up feeling like crap. Felt nausiaus in the hall and now coughing until my throat feels like it's on fire. So that's practicly my day. Skiped training today and manage to watch 1 episode of a new one tree hill season going to skip tommorow as well. Hopefully can be well enough to catch the Man United game tommorow. I'm also going to start this thing where after every post i end it with a song title which tells how my day went so today.....

Fifa freaks.

Today Q-Hung came over to my house. We played my all time favorite game, FIFA 08. He wanted a rematch since he claims he is better than me. So we played a man u vs man u match since he and i are both Man United fans. And as i expected i trash his sorry ass 3-1. Haha Ben came over too. He used Arsenal and i played him too. His defence was fantastic so we remain 0-0 until i managed to score in extra time haha.

After that he went home and Q-hung and i played a tournament with both of us on the same team. We make a very very very good team. Any challenges out there? Anyways we won that tournament with the price of us going later than usual to school. At school it was normal as usual bla bla bla. At the end of school, Aidan said he was going to fight Khairul for pikating Grace(Aidan's girlfriend). So a group of us(many many many of us) was waiting outside school. When Khairul came out he saw us and started crying haha.

I guessed that's it. This weekend Man United facing Blackburn. A match they should win but still a bit nervous. So see how it ends this week with Chelsea facing Everton tonight. Again i won't waste precious sleep watching that match. But i hope Everton wins so that it will widen our lead upfront and also hopefully beat Liverpool to the next season's Champs League spot.

SMSJ next top model

Today my school had a fashion show. Every class had to send 1 guy and 1 girl to represent the class. We sent Li Hui and after much arguments we finally decided on sending Ridhwan. It was suppose to be Aidan who gave it to Ruthe who gave it to Ridhwan. You all no balls ar? Other than that, not much happen in school today. But at the end of school there was another Q-Hung--Ashwin fight outside school. Have you all ever heard of peace ar? I don't know the full story because i didn't ask Q-Hung simply because he was lying on the road and all the cars had to stop and it was havoc all over.

Today's training was quite hard. 20 by 50m kick and 20 by 100m pull followed by a 6 by 50m sprint. Yeah normal Monday night training i have to say. After yesterday's run my leg were already aching and plus today's training, I'm gonna be in a bad mood tomorrow.

Won't be watching the Chelsea game tonight but will check the score 1st thing tomorrow. Hope hope and hope Wigan can stage an upset. Really can't take the pressure of Chelsea right behind Man United. With Arsenal out of the picture it's classic Man United and Chelsea again in a 2 horse race with 4 games left. Yeah it's getting exciting.

Easter clebration.

Today my school had an Easter celebration done by the christian fellowship club. And even though i am Buddhist, i found the thing rather interesting. We played a very interesting game involving Jesus Christ and Easter. I also got to listen to some christian songs and hear a speech about Jesus. I had totally no regrets of going. I had always been a believer in God even though i am not very religious. Other than that, school was normal. Started with another 1 of Pn Maizon's boring classes. I would like to congratulate Li Hui who is probably going to kill me if she finds out about this. Got boyfriend already.

Another topic, i am looking forward to the match tomorrow against Arsenal. Go Devils!!! Predicting a win for my team since Arsenal will be low on confidence since they got knocked out of the Champions League. And also we have to win to maintain our lead on top.

I didn't go training today. Decided to rest. I stayed in my room since i came back from school since my sister had party and invited her friends downstairs.So i manage to watch 3 episodes of how i met your mother. 1 of the episodes had a special guest appearance of Britney Spears. She can't act for nuts. And trust me it was easily noticeable.

The rebelion,the win,and the agony of training

I guess its true what they say about teens being rebellious. Today started normal, eating my breakfast, watching csi:new york , and having lunch. Today was pretty average in school until math lesson. Pn Ding has a funny way of saying zero. And today Eugene actually had the guts said ''teacher do you actually say that on purpose ar?'' The whole class laughed their heads off. That was just the beginning.

At the end of the lesson, she was explaining a question to us and the bell rang for recess. The whole class stood and wished her and walked off while she was still teaching haha. I guess you can call it the rebellious teens. Since everybody have been saying this is the most rebellious age bla bla bla.

In another topic, Man United won!!!Meaning they will go to the semis against Barcelona. I am not quite with the draw pitting us against them. But we devils will never say die and never give in. The other semi is Liverpool against Chelsea. My toughts is......Liverpool will lose simply because Chelsea is a better team. They(Chelsea) also will want revenge for losing to Liverpool in the same tournament and in the same round as last season.

Today's training was a full on leg torture. Kick and kick and kick until you die is a good theme for today's training. But again i say, the coach knows best. I am going to weep every time i see a staircase or the need to walk a long distant tomorrow. But after every training session, i hope it will better my chance of making in to the kuala lumpur team next year. Yeah!!!!!
