Rock bottom ---) Sky high

My running form has gone from rock bottom to sky high. This morning i took part in the Orange Run where we ran an 9.89km race. I haven't been doing well in my runs recently. And there is no other way to gain back my form than with a personnel best. Last year at a 9.7km run i took 45 minutes and at this race that is 0.19km more i took 44.55 minutes. Very very very happy with it. Now i have gotten back my confidence and ready to take on more challenges.

I also have just finished watching the Man United vs Arsenal match. And guess what.........we won!!!!! Arsenal took a lead with a mix up between Ferdinand and Van Der Sar which led to an Adebayor goal. But after that a Gallas hand ball gave the Devils a penalty which Ronaldo took with ease to claim his 38th goal of the season. After that a free kick was rewarded to Man United which led to a fabulous goal by Hargreaves who became the man of the match. Tomorrow Chelsea take on Wigan hoping Wigan can stage an upset.

Before the match, i watched Ghost Rider. Yes i just watched it because didn't get the chance to watch it when it came out in the cinemas. The graphics were good but storyline was very disappointing. Lame ending and very dull creativity in the film.
